1. Who We Are

SheetDialer is operated by CALLBLITZ INTERNATIONAL INC. ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

Account data

When you install the add-on we collect your Google account email address, name, and profile photo through the OAuth consent screen.

Spreadsheet data

The add-on reads phone numbers from the Google Sheet in which it is activated (spreadsheets.currentonly scope). It does not read any other columns or access any other spreadsheets. It does not write data back to your sheet.

Call metadata

We log call timestamps, durations, and destination numbers so you can review your call history within the add-on. We do not record call audio.

Payment data

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive a payment token and record subscription status.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Legal compliance — Legal obligation

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your call data for advertising.

4. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure of Google User Data

We do not sell Google user data. We share Google user data only as described below and only to the extent necessary to operate the Service.

Twilio — Routing outbound calls Phone numbers read from your sheet.

Stripe — Processing payments and billing Email address, for receipts and subscription management.

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — Hosting Email address, name, profile photo, and call metadata, stored on our servers and database.

Grafana Cloud — Operational logging and error monitoring Log entries that may include your email address and call identifiers.

No other third parties receive your Google user data. We do not transfer Google user data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing SheetDialer. We do not use Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.

5. Data Retention

Account and call data is retained for as long as your subscription is active, plus 90 days after cancellation to allow for billing disputes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@sheetdialer.com.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Port your data to another service

7. Cookies

The SheetDialer website uses only essential cookies required for session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Security

We use TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance by email or in-app notice.
