1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using SheetDialer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SheetDialer is a Google Workspace add-on that enables click-to-call functionality directly from Google Sheets. The Service connects to telephony providers (including Twilio) to place outbound calls.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Google account to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Place calls in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including telemarketing rules (TCPA, GDPR, etc.)
  • Engage in harassment, fraud, or any activity that would cause harm to recipients
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any carrier spam or fraud filters
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

5. Billing & Subscription

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at the price displayed at time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

6. Trial Period

New accounts receive a 1-day trial and 50 free dials. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period the Service requires an active paid subscription.

7. Telephony Costs & Fair Use

Your SheetDialer subscription covers reasonable usage of the Service, including outbound calling minutes, under a fair use policy. We reserve the right to review, limit, or reach out about accounts whose usage substantially exceeds typical patterns or appears abusive or automated beyond normal business use. We may update these fair use thresholds from time to time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software associated with SheetDialer are the property of CALLBLITZ INTERNATIONAL INC. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own business purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALLBLITZ INTERNATIONAL INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
